Alex Marshall: a crying shame

Alex MarshallAlex Marshall slams the shortsightedness of local, state and federal governments that aren’t taking advantage of the current modest construction costs and low interest rates to upgrade, maintain and improve their infrastructures. He argues that "spending on good -- preferably great -- new infrastructure provides for the long-term health and prosperity of a city and state,” and he calls for federal action.
